Geneva Stage is in the heart of downtown at 244 Broad St., Lake Geneva, WI. We share a lobby with Geneva Tap House.
The Pay-To-Park kiosks are touchscreen are pay-by-license plate. All parking is charged hourly with a 5-hour maximum, except the South Lake Shore Dr. lot (Lot I) which has a 10-hour maximum. Free parking is available on most residential side streets, and the lots on Sage St. (Lot D) and Dunn Field (Lot E).
Valet parking is not available.

Approximately 300 seats.Standing or dancing room will be available in front of the stage for some performances.
Most Geneva Stage shows are intended for all ages. If a show is 18+ or 21+, it will be clearly listed on the event page.
The main floor and bathrooms are fully ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Our second floor is accessible via stairs only.
Opening times are listed on genevastage.com and all event ticketing pages. Generally, doors open one hour before the show starts.
Please check the individual event listing/ticketing page on Eventbrite to confirm.
Set times vary per band/artist, but support artists generally play approximately 30-45 minutes. Headlining artists generally play 75 minutes or more.
Geneva Stage offers a variety of drink options, including beer and wine, along with light food. Geneva Tap House is also located off our our lobby, so be sure to check out their 50 varieties of craft beer before or after the show.
Taking photos on your smartphone is allowed during most performances at Geneva Stage, but flash is not permitted. Use of professional cameras is prohibited unless previously approved by Geneva Stage management or the artist’s team.
We also request that our patrons respect the experience of those around them and refrain from blocking anyone’s view or recording for extended periods of time.
Geneva Stage has a strict no re-entry policy. Only in emergency situations will re-entry be allowed.
Outside food or beverages are not allowed, along with backpacks, chairs, weapons, knives, lasers, glow sticks, etc.
The sound is usually controlled by the band’s touring engineer and we have little influence over the mix. We apologize if this may occur; however, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside Geneva Stage. Please respect your fellow attendees and abide by this rule. Smoking or vaping inside the building could result in ejection.
You can generally find security staff at the front door or on either side of the stage. Please report what you see to them. If you need further assistance, ask to speak to someone with venue management.
If you lose something, email us a description of the item at info@genevastage.com. Please remember, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen. If it is valuable to you, it is probably safer at home or in your car.
Visit the Geneva Stage box office on-site at the venue (244 Broad St., Lake Geneva) up to two hours prior any showtime to purchase no-fee tickets or merch. We may not be able to accommodate ticket sales during peak show check-in times, so please plan your trip accordingly. We strongly recommend guests secure tickets online at genevastage.com. Eventbrite (or Etix?) is the only official ticketing provider for Geneva Stage.
All sales are final and refunds and show transfers are not available.
Geneva Stage does not get involved in the resale of tickets. Guests with extra tickets are welcome to try and sell them on their own.
As long as you provided your first and last name when purchasing tickets, we should be able to look you up in our system the night of the show.
Unless you requested a refund or opted to donate the cost of your tickets upon the initial show postponement, your order has auto-transferred and remains valid for the new performance. You can always view the status of your order or download tickets by logging into Eventbrite using the email address provided at checkout.
To check the status of a refund for a fully cancelled show, please email boxoffice@genevastage.com. At the time of the cancellation, ticket holders were notified via Eventbrite.
In rare instances, an artist or band will announce a show before it's listed on the Geneva Stage website. Please follow us on social media (@genevastage on Facebook, TikTok & Instagram) and join our eblast list. These are the first places we announce new shows and provide on-sale dates.
If a show is listed as SOLD OUT on our website, we will likely not be releasing more tickets. We do not keep a waitlist. Please join the official Geneva Stage mailing list to stay in the loop on show announcements and large ticket drops.
In rare occasions, we do release additional tickets at the door, but we won’t do so until after the show has started due to capacity and fire code standards. If you live in the area, you’re welcome to stop by and check in with our box office staff, but there are no guarantees.
Never purchase your tickets via third-party broker sites like Craigslist or Stubhub, or via Facebook Events from profiles claiming to have additional tickets. Geneva Stage sells exclusively via Eventbrite. If there is an issue with a ticket purchased through other outlets, you will need to reach out to the person who sold you the ticket or to your credit card company. Geneva Stage is unable to mediate any ticketing-related issue if the order wasn’t placed through our official platform.
Existing gift cards cannot be used online. Please reach out to boxoffice@genevastage.com so we can manually process the order on your behalf. In your email, please include the gift card number, the show you’d like to purchase tickets for, and quantity. We will do our best to get respond quickly.
Please note that VOUCHERS from previously cancelled shows are different from gift cards. Vouchers can only be applied to tickets.
