Comedian Bill Boronkay at Geneva Stage Saturday, July 11

Bill Boronkay won 5 Emmy awards during his sportscasting and hosting career. Then he pivoted to start a career in comedy - a journey that’s taken him around the world and back to tv, hosting the nationally syndicated “Cruise-In” which aires on the Rev’n and Fun Roads networks.    

Bill’s been heard on Sirius/XM, ESPN Radio, Bob & Tom and various radio stations across the country. 

In 2020, Dry Bar Comedy released Boronkay’s first stand up special, which continues to gain views globally. 

.Boronkay’s been seen on Comedy Dynamics, Funny or Die, featured on ComicSeen and performs everywhere from clubs, cruise ships, colleges, corporate and church events to a tour of Pennsylvania prisons (where he was heckled by a service dog), Funny Bones, Improvs, Catch a Rising Star, and the Laughing Skull Festival.
